Hi Cass. Thanks for responding, no worries about time, everything this end is terribly relaxed, if it wasn't life would be a nightmare! What's this about about repairs to ankle? You okay? We'd love to meet up.

Plan to be in Singapore around the 24th January, from where we're shipping the Land Rovers to Darwin, then down through Indonesia approx 1st to 25th Feb (very approx!) It is all dependent on the shipping, which still hasn't been confirmed. When do you plan on being where, since it would be awful not to meet since wer'll have to pass each other at some point.

Our web site is in need of some serious updating, the info is there with the guy in charge, but he's having problems with his manager! So briefly, if it helps:

Entered Turkey took 6 hours (with Microlight!)
Iran was Dogubayazit (on the Turkish side) took 26 hours
Pakistan was Zaheden/Taftan (don't stay in the tourist hotel in Taftan PTDC) took 2 days but partically due to a sandstorm!
India was near Amritsar from Lahore a couple of hours (had lost the Microlight by this stage)
Nepal -Raxaul, go via Daman coz it's scenic! easy!
China - Kodari (on the Nepalese side) again easy, our guides sorted it all out whilst we had lunch!
Pingxiang into Vietnam still to come

That's as far as we know of the top of our heads, will fill you in on the others as we do them. Hope it's useful!

Have you managed to get your psion linked to the internet yet? We're still having problems! What type of modem have you got and what are your settings in the Psion? Also do you have a Palm-Tec case?
